Fully remodeled in 2019, this beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront end unit condo offers a spacious 2021sq ft of interior living space (the largest in the building) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sits on the third floor of the Surf & Racquet Club affording guests stunning unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from the wrap around private covered balcony, pool deck and beach. Being located on the southern, no-driving section of NSB provides for endless beach fun on 13 miles of stunning white beaches, and no worries about cars as you enjoy the surf and sand. This open, bright and modern condo caters to families, couples, or a group of friends that just need a little “beach therapy”!

Upon entering, guests are immediately greeted by expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Experience panoramic direct ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. This beach front condo sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the guest room (2nd master) with private ensuite bath, and a Queen bed plus twin bunk beds in the third bedroom with a private access to the third full bath. The entire condo is newly furnished and decorated with a casual modern beachy vibe.

LIVING ROOM

“Beach Therapy” features a spacious open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, living room and outside balcony with wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows that provide picturesque panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. All new furnishings include a 105” sectional sofa and scandi leather recliner, and cozy reading nook with 2 chairs right in front of large picture windows overlooking the ocean.. A 55” smart TV, ROKU streaming device, DVD player, games & puzzles, cards, and reading library also are provided.

KITCHEN / DINING ROOM

Enjoy amazing ocean views while entertaining and preparing meals in the remodeled, beautifully-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with water/ice maker; stove/oven/microwave; and dishwasher). The kitchen is also fully-equipped with any kitchen tool, gadget, and appliance you would need. Instant pot, Keurig & drip coffee makers, Ninja Blender, electric kettle, new dishware, pots, pans and kitchen knives PLUS kids tableware, sippy cups, bibs, and convertible booster/high chair. A reclaimed wood dining table seats 8 with additional seating at the kitchen counter with 4 barstools.

BALCONY

With its large, wrap-around covered balcony, this home offers ample room for outdoor dining and relaxing with all new patio furniture offering 2 balcony height chairs & table, 4 person dining table and a recliner lounger Breathe in the fresh sea air while sitting outside and taking in the beach views. Experience mesmerizing sunrises, and observe wildlife such as pelicans, coastal birds, and dolphins as you overlook the Atlantic Ocean.

LAUNDRY/PANTRY

A large pantry cabinet with pullout shelving easily holds grocery for a week. An in-unit laundry room offers a full sized washer/dryer, laundry sink, iron & ironing board plus extra cleaning supplies. We start the year by stocking laundry and cleaning staples for your convenience.

MASTER BEDROOM / BATH

Wake up every morning to the sounds of waves rolling in on the Atlantic Ocean. Boasting a new outrageously comfortable King mattress, upgraded bedding, as well as a desk and office chair for remote work. Also features a large flat screen TV with ROKU streaming device, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and private bath with his & her vanities, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Hairdryer provided.

GUEST BEDROOM #1 (2nd master suite)

This guest bedroom is outfitted with the same new bed as found in the master bedroom with custom bedding.Also features a flat screen TV with ROKU, a second remote work desk and chair, double closet, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and private bath with one sink and a walk-in shower. Hairdryer provided.

GUEST BEDROOM #2 (the “bunk room”)

This guest bedroom features a comfy Queen size bed with custom bedding, and a set of twin bunk beds. Also features a flat screen TV, ROKU, large closet, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and an adjacent large bath with a walk-in shower. Hairdryer provided. (*This bath is also accessible from the kitchen/living areas.)

EXTRAS
Our home is stocked with families in mind. A baby bath tub and pack-n-play crib with upgraded foam mattress is found in the guest closet as well as tennis racquets and balls. A wide assortment of reclining sand chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, and beach toys can be found in the storage area conveniently located in the hallway on the way to the pool/beach. We also provide two beach bikes for guest use.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Guests at “Beach Therapy”” can enjoy all of the amenities that Surf & Racquet Club has to offer. This small, quiet 30-unit secure gated complex features resort style living with a private pool, sauna, fitness center, lighted tennis court, & secure garage parking for one vehicle. The centrally-located community, with its direct and private beach access, can be described as a peaceful oasis. The complex offers a range of amenities to help make your stay comfortable and memorable.

NSB is a charming small town full of southern hospitality and home to a vibrant coastal community, historic downtown and beach-side shopping boutiques, exquisite restaurants, lively bars, authentic surf shops, art galleries, a multitude of parks and outdoor recreation possibilities, and just a short drive to other Florida attractions such as Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios Orlando, Daytona Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, and the Kennedy Space Center.
